What is Watsu?
Watsu' (WaterShiatsu) is a form of pressure point massage in warm water. Carried by the water and supported by the therapist you feel weightless. Floats around the legs help you to float even better.
During the session you experience a great sense of freedom, which will be enhanced by the fluid movements and the flowing of the water along your body.
Stretches, flexing, rotations and gentle manipulations ' which are difficult or even impossible outside of the water ' go smoothly here.
The water temperature of 35°C is pleasant and relaxing all by itself. It also helps you to stay passive in the water for 45 minutes or longer without getting cold.
